In the historic downtown district of Vero Beach is this great restaurant and bar called "Undertow".
It has a great upbeat interior and a great menu. Just a great place to drop into for lunch or dinner.You will find the food comfortable and tasty and fresh.  An eclectic nice mix of choices on the menu.
The bands on Saturday are loud and local and a nice mix of people at the bar.
They have great burgers with various cheeses on top.  The fish and chickenare grilled or blackened and accompanied by unusual combinations likecilantro lime dressing and black bean salsa or coconut rice or broccoli slawwith peanut ginger dressing.
Their chicken wings are Szechuan, not Buffalo and the sauce is passion fruit, anice interesting combination.
They also have 2 for 1 drinks from 9 PM.
