My goal is to obtain 6 new listings of homes within the Cupertino Schools area and have them all pending and closed by July 19, 2013.
Gee, it sounds so simple put that like.
How to do it…that’s another story. Time to break out my BOLD handbook and contact 100 people each week and ask them,
“Who’s the next person you know who’s thinking of selling in the next 30-90 days?”
So reading "The One Thing" made total sense in light of my new goal.
However, before I could move on to help new people with my most recent goal above, I needed to finish a complex transaction I’d been working on since August 2012. It had been an approved short sale…until Bank of America saw that prices had gone up and decided to foreclose so they could get more money for themselves. So nice of them.
I read all 3 of the free chapters a week ago on Sunday. Chapter 7 on the lie of multi-tasking truly hit home. This past week was a challenging time of literally ... more
