Both Builders At Potomac Shores Took Lot-Hold Deposits from Over Twenty Buyers
This weekend was the VIP opening weekend at Potomac Shores.  VIP buyers are folks who requested information about the community in advance of opening day.
The models were open to VIP shoppers with appointments only.
Over twenty out of thirty VIPs shoppers put down a $10,000 deposit to hold a lot, and made appointments with those folks to write purchase agreements the last week of June.
The models can be seen by appointment with your family Realtor only, until the models open to the public in July.
