Finally, a Green building developer that gets it. As I understand it, they have built in Solar collection systems that serve powering the common areas and sell the excess power to the city. I imagine this will be the norm in the future but until then, this is the first.
Michael Moran is one of the best green builders in Austin. Great job on this one.
