Part-timers killing the real estate profession! No Accountability!
Do you remember when you first interviewed any broker?  The broker was the ultimate professional, upstanding, ethical, the epitome of integrity. They informed you they were there to see you succeed in your new career.  Every resource they had was at your disposal, and they were only a phone call away. Their office was nothing but full time real estate professionals...just like you. "No part-timers here!" But anytime you ever call anyone all you get is static recorded voice messages. No one ever gets back to you!  Not in your office or any office! So what happened? All the brokers seem to do these days is recruit agents that never sold or will sell anything, and they are working full time jobs on the side!  How can you tell?  Caller IDs show calls from DMV's, government agencies, schools etc..., faxes come from the critical intensive care emergency room etc!  Pathetic!  Their clients call full time agents all day long asking to be let into listed properties, but will not sign buyer agency.  They were told not to!
Part-timers only fool themselves!  They cheat fellow REALTORS, and clients alike!  It is epidemic proportions right now!  So much for brokers lying to you can ... more
