Pets are important family members too but with pets as with children comes the extra maintenance and care required to keep living spaces clean and odor free.

One of the biggest turn offs for buyers touring homes are off putting smells.  Wet dog and cat urine smells are many times not noticeable to those living in a space for a long time but is one of the first things that hits a prospective buyer when they cross your threshold. No amount of home staging, pretty furnishing and dining tables set to perfection will cover the fact that carpets or flooring may possibly need to replaced.
