HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY
 
I want to wish all my fellow Rainers, clients and friends a terrific and safe 4th of July!  Whether you are going to a bar-b-que with family and friends, watching fireworks or just staying home, please remember to be safe.
As for me, I started the day off taking my dog Wrigley to Cherry Creek State Park's dog park located in Aurora.  Unfortunately, due to the lack of rain this last week, the creek bed was quite dry in many spots.  But he still enjoyed playing with the other dogs.
This afternoon I am volunteering at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival at one of the wine booths.  I am hoping it cools off a bit, as the temperature is climbing into the 90's.
