For Landlords and Tenants what are the best websites to use when renting residential properties be it homes, apartments, condo’s, lofts or even student housing?  Many would say Realtor.com is the favorite but there are many more websites that real estate agents, landlords and tenants can use.
 Here are a few websites that are useful.

Craigslist is the best known and probably the most popular with a very easy to use interface.
 

PlaceBee is a new and upcoming site that is free for all and comes with an interactive map.
