Divorce In Real Estate, Home Sales When Marital Knots Are Untied.
Every real estate agent, broker, REALTOR has property listing sales where a divorce is underway or has happened.
Sensitivity to the home owners in a divorce situation takes extra effort and lots of after hour calls and emails.
If over half the population is divorced at least once, it is a big wrinkle in real estate home sales that can not be ignored.
Divorce adds to the number of houses for sale, needing to be bought.
Had a seller call today about whether or not a re-listing agreement on a piece of land in Maine had been received by our office.
