REALTOR Code of Ethics, the Preamble
I am beginning a continuing blog on the Preamble to the REALTOR code of ethics.  This is "not" to insinuate that I am above others but a sincere and real study into the REALTOR I think I am and reinforcing the REALTOR I should be. I am pasting the preamble in this body and will comment throughout in a different type.  I expect this process to be enlightening and demonstrating that majority of REALTORS' true love of their profession and their sincere realization of the responsibility they hold. 
Preamble . . .Under all is the land. Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization. REALTORS® should recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership.
