Finally Closed 3290 Adams, Denver, Colo.
  This one took awhile but it is sold to 2 investors doing there first fix and flip.  This was a estate and the Personal Rep. is in North Carolina, a retire colonel in the Air Force, very nice guy.  his brothers and sisters had their figure in mine to get for the home and it was way high to start with.  The lawyer who is handling the estate has refer clients to me in the past but explain that this one could be a hard one.  All things work out  in the end!
