My role in our business has changed quite a bit over the years. These days I am more of a licensed real estate assistant. I work from my home office most of the time. I handle our marketing for our listings and for our business. I'm also our technology specialist.
Rich is the one that goes out with our buyers to show homes, attends home inspections, writes offers, negotiates with cooperating agents and he's the one who generally meets the professional photographer at our listings. It's rare that we take any of the photos, and it's even more rare for me to be the one behind the camera.
We had our house painted over the summer and I did take a few photos of the outside to show our friends and our out of state family. I picked a bold color and was curious what others would think. While I was outside taking pics of the house, I decided to take this photo of our container garden. I think it looks inviting and every year we garner quite a few compliments.
