Thanksgiving is right around the corner:time to be grateful...
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays! it goes back to the days when we relocated from Europe to the United States.I have always connected Thanksgiving with LOVE and of  Family Values. Needless to say, having moved from the East Coast to the West Coast we lost many friends and relatives that would gather around the Thanksgiving Dinner Table.In spite of that I still prefer staying home although we were often invited to other homes since we became "orphan's". I always chose to stay home.
So with that said I am grateful that we have a home with three cats and a dog and we are in a financial position to take care of all of them. Needless to say I suspect the Vets are grateful too that we can give such good health care to our pets.
Diane and I will be celebrating Thanksgiving with our four legged kids. Never the less I still will prepare a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner even if no one shows up... that is a tradition I picked up from Diane's mother and we both agreed it is fun to pick on the Turkey and the bones when we are at home alone:))
