AR 2016 Photo Contest - Real Estate Category Interior Photo

This post is my entry is for the Real Estate Category - Interior Photo. 
 
I took this photo with my Canon Camera.  The photo was not edited in any way other than resizing it. I selected this photo because it gives a good perspective on how NOT TO MARKET A HOME.  
While it may sound wild and crazy, I have seen photos on the MLS that look similar to the above photo.  I have also toured homes with clients that look like the above photo.  THIS IS NOT GOOD. 
 
The above photo is the same kitchen.  Do you recognize it? 
While even the uncluttered photo above is not ideal it is at least clean and uncluttered. In an ideal marketing photo a home would not only be clean and uncluttered, it would also be staged.  
There are times and circumstances when sellers do not wish to stage a home. For example - homes that are fixers and/or just need updating.
 
Probate Homes
Probate homes, or homes being sold as part of a probate estate is another example of when a seller may elect not to stage a home.
