Many real estate agents that list condos for sale do not include photos of the many amenities the condominium complex has to offer.  The photo above shows a clean community pool and spa.  It gives a good feel for the size of the pool common area and the surrounding trees that offer shade and privacy.  
For many buyers, amenities such as a pool, spa, clubhouse, gym, etc. are highly desirable amenities to have.  Such amenities are included in the homeowners monthly dues. There is real value there. It might mean a homeowner can save on a gym membership.
