Snow Shovelers beware!
Well, we finally got some snow.
It is almost done so it will be needing some removal of sidewalks and driveways.
This is a dangerous job.  Many people die because of  heart issues.
This snow is  one that will really do it to you.
WET and HEAVY!
When shoveling, we all know to bend at the knees when lifting.
The other thing that is most important...EXHALE!
Exhale when you lift to through.  It takes a lot of pressure off the heart.
This is a trick that weightlifters do.
Take my advice.  I do both of these and I am here to tell you it works.
 
This wet heavy snow is a killer.
