Even though there is a lack of housing inventory nationally and here in the Inland area there are 158 homes Active and currently for sale in Beaumont, California. There are also 111 Beaumont homes reported by the MLS as either Pending or Acting Under Contract (homes have an accepted offer but the sellers are still accepting backup offers).
