Sunday Is My Favorite Day | Next Week Will Be A Fun Week
 
Sunday is my favorite day of the week during football season.  Since I have a hex bar and weights in my basement, I'm working out from home this weekend.  Today, I did three sets of 10 ( 30 reps with light weights of 75 pounds.)  I have 25 pound plates being delivered on Monday so that total weight will be increased to 125 pounds.  The heavy deadlifts will be done at the gym, and this week is a 175 pound 1RM   (1 Repetition Max.)   Did I mention I bought an Olympic 5' barbell, too!!!
 
I'll be enjoying a 2 hour deep tissue massage at Massage Envy in Franklin tomorrow morning. After that, I'll work online until the Patriots kickoff at 4:25pm. when they play the 49'ers.  Patriots have this one!!!
 
My new BMW will arrive at the dealer on tuesday, from what I've been told. I just bought a 2017 BMW 430xi all wheel drive hardtop convertible.  I sold my jeep, and I only want one vehicle.  I bought that car because it needs to be fun in the summer and travel through snow in the winter!!!
