The Variations Among Us Realtors - Day 4 of Thanksgiving Posts
Today I am thankful for the variations among us as real estate professionals and Realtors.  The above photo was taken by my daughter an avid photographer and shared as part of her Fall Photo Collection.  It spoke to me on several levels, one of which made me think of how diverse people are...  How diverse our real estate group really is. 
Active Rain is made up of many, many members as demonstrated by the green carpet base in the photo. Then we have the larger leaves, the humongo leaves, a sprinkling of pine needles a few blades of fine grass and finally the pine cone!
Each member contributes to the fabric of the photo... and the health of the forest.  Which in this photo would you define your self to be?
One of the many, many members  A fully contributing leaf? A straight arrow pine needles? The thorny pine cone? A delicate blade of grass It doesn't matter, as long as the presence of all maintains in some form... the forest will continue to thrive. Perhaps changing a bit over time based on the tree types, based on climate and other natural effects. In real estate and Active Rain, people will come and go contributing ... more
