I recently wrote a blog post about being Thankful for my Mum Teaching me to Bake and Cook, Many of you have asked for the recipe for her Pumpkin Chiffon Pie. If you would like the recipe email email fredcarver@remax.net

So I am also thankful for you all following me over the many years I have been posting in the Rain(2007)
TiP: After you whip the egg whites fold them gently into your pumpkin pie mix and do not add sugar to the egg whites(Mum's rules..ha).
And of course add whip cream as a topping add sugar to taste, not really needed.
