SWFL Real Estate on Black Friday Weekend

 
As I was thinking about the holidays this week, I was also spending some time surfing the web for real estate info. For me, this time of year represents a great opportunity to see family and friends, but also reflect on the direction of the market. Of course, that leads me to reading all sorts of articles on the topic, from the latest decorating trends to what neighborhoods are hot right now. (I also love sharing these insights with you as well).
 
Imagine my surprise when I came across this article at Realtor.com. It definitely confirmed some of my experiences here as a Southwest Florida Real Estate Agent. While you would think that everyone would be busy eating turkey and shopping deals this week… they’re also online browsing property. I always get an extra smile on my face on Turkey Day when I get those emails with questions about owning a home in SWFL.
 
But … at the same time, that article has a really interesting insight. As you can guess, there’s not a lot of foot traffic for open houses during Black Friday weekend. With that fact, you might think that it’s not a good weekend for you to think about ... more
