The Day After...
The Real Estate industry keeps moving along. Nationally, interest rates have made it back to 4%. In our area, we are a little below that. Low inventory seems to be propping up prices as there is more competition for fewer homes. My last 2 transactions did not appraise for the selling price even though we had multiple offers above the appraised value on both properties.
