Are Bay Area Agents Entitled to a Commission in Sacramento?
I do not pretend to know everything about Sacramento real estate but I know enough about small details that I tend to follow the rules. Being high profile also means I need to set an example for other agents. People listen to me. That's a responsibility I do not take lightly, and I always try to be as accurate as possible about everything I write.
When I spot an issue or some unusual event that I think others would benefit from hearing about, I tend to write about it.
