Riverside County, California Homes Sales And Values Report October 2016
On November 16, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 1.1% to an avarage price of $355,950 in October of 2016 from $352,250 in September 2016, and jumped 7.9% from price of $330,000 in October of 2015. While, homes sales fell 8.9% in October of 2016, from
September of 2016, but gained 3.7% from October of 2015 in Riverside County, California.
There were 4.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2016, higher from 4.1 in September of 2016, but lower from 4.7 months in October of 2015. An average it took 47.4 days to sell a home in October 2016, rose from 44.0 days in September 2016, but down from 53.6 days in October of
2015 in Riverside County, California.
