Need a Realtor for an Emergency Sacramento Listing?
I call them emergency listings. I don't know what other agents call them or how they refer to the people who did not need an agent yesterday, no thank you, sir, but desperately require a Realtor's services today, this very minute. The last listing I took like this was a probate trust sale, and the trustee was in Sacramento for only a few hours, cleaning out the house.
You'd be amazed at how quickly I could go from sitting in front of my computer in a robe and slippers to heels and makeup, signing the paperwork on a desk the movers were shoving down the driveway.
