Myrtle Beach Grande Dunes is a Thriving Neigborhood
Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach is starting to grow again. Two additional Grande Dunes communities are being developed whish will had hundreds of new homes to an already popular location.
 
The Grande Dunes is locted on the north end of Myrtle Beach and has properties in the waterway, golf course and even on the ocean front. The amenities in the Grande Dunes is levels above any other community along the Grande Strand. Amenities include multiple golf courses, fully staffed tennis facility, swimming, ocean front clubhouse and fine dining throughout the area.
 
We have noticed that the homes for sale in the Grande Dunes have been selling faster and for more money lately. Though we can never predict the future, it is obvious that sales prices have been stable and appear to continue to improve. 
 
There are a few communities that are being developed and you can get reserve your lot and start working with the builder to build your custom home. The Enclave at the Members Club and Living Dunes are the two that are popular now and you must hurry to reserve or else they will be sold out.
