Merry Christmas & all the best in 2017!
Hard to believe another year has sped by ...... I often feel like time is now in overdrive! Anyone else out there feeling the same way?  At this time of year, I always wonder what the next year will bring, particularly after a good year like 2016 which for me proved to be significantly better than 2015. The one certainty is that 2017 will again be different as the impact of rising mortgage rates will begin to impact first time homebuyers - hopefully only marginally.
It is always exciting to see what unfolds & in the meantime enjoy the christmas holidays with family & friends & wishing you & yours all the very best in 2017! Ray.
