The night before Christmas:  so what’s for dinner at your home?
We love to relax and have an easy dinner the night before Christmas. Usually, I make some sort of seafood dinner for Christmas. We do not do the traditional Christmas Turkey, Duck or Beef Tenderloin dinner. Every year it is some sort of seafood for sure, the question is what? Well I asked Diane what she wanted for Christmas Dinner. In case you forget she is of Italian heritage. So, what a surprise she wanted a Pasta Dinner. I guess I should not have asked if I did not like the answerJ.
Hence, I just moved the food items, that I was going to make tomorrow into a Tapa’s Style dinner for tonight. We had an Alaskan king crab leg for an appetizer of substantial size and a main course of shrimp. Well check it out and tell us what you had for dinner tonight?
