5 Tips for listing your home and getting it SOLD
As we embark on 2017, many homeowners are contemplating when to list their home.   These key items are essential when a homeowner is ready to list their home.    Professional photos are the most important, as the photos will sell a home!   Great post Jeff, and thanks for sharing!  
1. Clean and De-Clutter
      Let's face it, cleaning is a chore not many of us want to do, but it's a key component of getting your house sold! Buyer's don't want to walk in to a home full of dust bunnies or leftover grease from your latest cooking experiement, and while you may think your dog's muddy footprints are the cutest thing around, I gurantee Buyers wont. You need to de-clutter and really, this will help you in the long run. When someone does buy your home, you will be thankful that you have already packed up and given away old clothes. Remember, Buyers are picturing their things, and if they don't think there's enough room for those items, they won't buy your house.
