On December 19, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 2.2% to an average price of $253,140 in November of 2016 from $247,590 in October 2016, and gained 7.2% from price of $236,220 in November of 2015. While, homes sales declined 0.2% in November of 2016, from October of 2016, but jumped 29.3% from November of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 3.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2016, down from 4.0 months in October of 2016, and lower from 5.0 months in November of 2015. An average it took 46.7 days to sell a home in November 2016, higher from 42.2 days in October of 2016, and fell from 55.5 days in November of 2015 in San Bernardino County, California.
