As I see it. . . . . . . .
Be at the top of your game
 
To be at the top of your game . . . . We have to be willing to change . . . .  revitalize . . . . refresh  . . . . and renew yourself.
 
Our body has a lot in common with an automobile battery. As we continually use an automobile battery it begins to lose its charge until the battery’s energy is drained.
 
We are a lot like that automobile battery. We start our days early morning . . . . and end them late at night. We’re on the go . . . . and on many days we don’t eat as well as we should. There are days where we push ourselves to the point of exhaustion . . . . as we go from task to task without a break.
 
By the end of our day we feel total exhausted . . . . and it feel like we don’t have enough energy left in our tanks ... more
