I have caught myself a few times in the recent past being the storm...and I would really rather be the sunshine. I am working hard to be the sunshine...the rainbow instead of the rain. Some times I fail but I am working on it...

I took the above phote north of Kearney, NE a few years ago during a major storm.. It shows the power of Mother Nature. (Yes I did use a bit of solarization on it to bring out the storm better)
We all have power like that in our personal and professional lives...and we all need to use it correctly and to our advantage in a positive way.
