I read another article today from a reliable source at KCM, predicting another year of escalating rental rates through the country.
Considering the cost of being a landlord is also rising, I predict that I will also be rising the rates this summer on the homes that I still have by that time.
Part of my plan when I started increasing my rental business back in 2008 was to be out of the business within 10 years so now is the time that I will begin divesting in these properties.
