Have you ever thought about the poor schmucks who wake up the first "work" day of the new year and think....I'm exhausted? Imagine how much harder it is when all you see is the "fresh start" posts and the "just do it" comments. 
Whew....I'm tired just thinking about it. 
If you are not feeling super-motivated, super-energized or super-organized, this can seem daunting....inviting the tendency to give up, before the New Year even starts. 
I get it! 
I'm tired too! I am still opening my freezer to see cookies and left-overs I've been too frugal to throw out building ice crystals. We all know that in March, these packages will end up tossed in a flurry of "Spring Cleaning." But today they sit there to make me feel better about not eating them.
So...what's my point?
My point is that the New Year is a psychological fresh start, we all know that. A solid line between the old and the new. Time to wipe the past from our thinking and move into new directions. 
Great!
