I am a believer that opportunities are everywhere and it is up to us to open our eyes and ears and learn to recognize them. Once they are recognized, then action must be taken to make the most of the favorable circumstances. When I look around, I see opportunities in every direction around Clarksville, TN.
In Clarksville, attitudes are upbeat with the hopes that 2017 will be the best year we have seen in many years. There is talk about more job openings and new businesses moving into the community. I believe this will happen as small business grows and economic confidence continues to strengthen. We will likely see wages increase allowing those in the home buying market to buy up and improve their situations. There is likely to be some more slight rises in long term interest rates that will be a result of a healthier economy. Lending guidelines will relax some as investors gain more confidence that borrowers have more stability.
