Heritage Hills Real Estate Market Update 2016 Overview

 
2016 was pretty busy, both in Heritage Hills and across Bucks County. This year we saw the average price increase by $14,956 & the median price by $20,500. We also saw the Sales Price to List Price ratio go up 1.26% so homes are selling for more and closer to the asking price.

A lot of this has to do with lack of inventory. However, despite the lack of inventory, we are still seeing some push back on properties with little updating.
