Fort Collins CO Extreme Homes - 2016

During 2016, 3,023 homes sold in Fort Collins CO. They came in a wide range of sizes, styles and prices, and it's always interesting and fun to look back at the homes that wound up defining the limits of the group.

130 Palmer Dr, in  Fort Collins, is quite a home. Located in a nice older in-town neighborhood, this remodeled 8406 sq.ft. 2-story, 6 bedroom on 1.9 acres backing to a lake included a carriage house and a 6-car garage. It had multiple offers and sold in 4 days for over asking price at $1,970,000.
 
 
The Least Expensive & The Smallest
 

 
418 Quakey Way, in Red Feather Lakes, is a double winner, taking the prizes for tiniest and cheapest. A 120 sq.ft. cabin, on 35 acres with great views and a trout stream, it sold for $52,500.
