Are you running a business? Are you a real estate person?
Are you running a business or are you a real estate sales person? So we already know that our requirement to get in to the business isn't really the highest bar to clear. We also know that historically the training we get is geared primarily to teaching us how to be great sales people. Now there have been great strives made to show us how to run sales teams. We have the most prominent book on that subject being MREA. I've read the book and love it. However, I think it falls short in really teaching us on how to be true business owners. I have been a business owner since the age of 17 and came into this business with a different mindset. Mine was not "how can I become the greatest sales person", it was to figure out how to create the best real estate business that I could generate passive income from at some point and either hand down to my children or sell or franchise to other people?
