Do you ever look at the numbers?
Do you ever look at the numbers for performance in the MLS and get depressed.  We are not up to the 10th yet the mls is showing 15,000,000 in sales. 58 agents have had a pay day so far. 1 agent over $1,000,000 and 5 have had sales over $500,000.
I look at the numbers and wonder where I went wrong?  I do all the calls and cards and parties to be seen, but I do not have a sale on the books yet. Why did I not plan better?I need to pick myself up, stop looking at others and look to my data base and see what I can mine out....or I could just go play in the snow and start over tomorrow. 
Snow in our area of SC is seldom--2 or 3 times a winter.  2-4 inches average.  Here today, gone tomorrow. We have a silly scale for snow...3 flakes all goverment offices close, 10 flakes the stores will be out of milk, bread and beer...3 inches, time to get out the Jeep and head to the mountains to see the bigger snows at higher elevations.
