In a structured society, there is a need for guidelines or laws to maintain order and stability. For countries, they would be charters or as in our country, a Constitution.  For the blog platform we enjoy, the guidelines are contained in a format called the Weltanschauung. Like the amendments to our Constitution, the Weltanschauung has 10 organizational amendments, all of which form the parts of the whole.
Point #2 of these reads as follows:  We believe that real estate professionals will thrive if they demonstrate their local market expertise. With ever greater access to listings, local knowledge is now the key differentiator.
For many, it is understood that real estate is local. By having a strong grasp of the local market conditions, including pricing, inventory, and other factors we are able to provide the best advice to buyers and sellers seeking our real estate expertise. If we demonstrate to the general public that we truly are the local experts, we give ourselves an opportunity to be considered first when issues regarding the buying or selling of real estate are generated.
