Is it your Goal or One of Your New Years Resolutions to Sell Your Home this Year????
 
     If so, there are a few things you need to consider before you get started if you are a Seller.
 Number one, you want to find a Realtor who will work hard for you to get your home sold.
 
 
That's obvious, right???
 
Well.............there may be one thing that doesn't seem obvious, but all Realtors are NOT created equal.
     Make sure when you are interviewing the agent who will be selling your home, that not only do you find out How Much  your home's value is, but also,
How much cash is going to be left over for you when the sale is completed? 
 
Realtors go through extensive training in order to get their real estate license.  Part of this training is to help you find out not only the value of your home, but also how much is left over after you sell, or worst.....how much cash you have to bring to the table.  
 
     This is very valuable knowledge that you must have in order to make an educated decision on how to price your home.  You would be suprised how many Realtors ... more
