Looking at the trend in Waterbury, Vermont home sales over the past 8 years, the market has improved.  The number of homes sold has significantly increased over the recent 2 years, and the sold prices have been on a gradual increase.  All good signs of recovery from the housing recession of 2008.  The number of homes available for sale has varied a bit but remained fairly steady.  Waterbury's demand for homes in the lower price range is high, but the inventory in the lower range is low.
