Stowe, Vermont - Condo Sales Market Report: 2007 through 2016
Stowe, Vermont Condo Sales have been on the rise since 2011 until 2016 which saw a 26% decrease in number of sales.  The average inventory remained the same from 2015 to 2016; however, there has been a steady decline in available condos for sale since 2010.  The average sale price rose a tad and median sale price was level when compared to 2015.
