Location
Sitting between the PA Turnpike and Route 202 in Chester County Chesterbrook developed about 34 years ago has become one of the "in demand" developments for home buyers moving to Chester County in Pennsylvania. It is in Tredyffrin Township, part of the award winning and highly ranked Tredyffrin Easttown School District, #1 in the nation according to Niche. It has a Wayne address, which for many is desirable. The development includes office buildings, shopping center, a township park and hotel; apartments, town homes, carriage homes, single family homes all in their own sub developments.
New Construction
