It has been many months since I have discussed Rivers Bend as there has not been very  much activity to report on in this small but desirable community . At the present time there are not any active listings in this development in the Philadelphia Pa 19114 area
There are however two pending sales  My readers know I will not discuss pending sales  This information is confidential . It is not public knowledge and will remain that way until the sales are consummated . In other words until final settlement when the deed is signed and keys are exchanged .
