Back From Hawaii = Jumping Into Sacramento Real Estate
Some activities in Sacramento real estate could be put on the back burner on simmer while I was in Hawaii for 6 weeks, but other stuff required immediate attention. Like when people needed to go on the market and sell right away, I made that happen, if it it meant I would be spending less time on the beach reading. Speaking of which, I spent time with Patty Hearst on the Big Island, then on to Linda Thompson in Maui, and enjoyed an interesting read with Bruce Springsteen on my way home, all tempered with the on-going antics of John McPhee and Annals of the Former World, but I never lost sight of that stuff simmering on the back burner.
It's now time to pay 100% attention to Sacramento real estate and collect all of those simmering pots to bring them to a full boil. In doing so, I reflect this morning on a recent closing, and how I put a former rental home on the market while in Hawaii -- and closed it as well while still enjoying my wor-cation -- in my personal blog today at this link: How to Leverage Profit From Investment Rental in Sacramento.
