Termites, termites everywhere! Living in NC puts you at Risk!
Termites are a huge problem in North Carolina. When home owners purchase a home, a termite inspection is usually one of the first inspections ordered. Many loan companies require that this inspection is done and will often times ask to see its findings in writing. But, what most people forget is that after being in the home for one year, their home is at risk.

In North Carolina, the eastern subterranean termite is the most destructive termite. The swarming times in North Carolina are mostly in the spring or summer but they can be active anytime the soil is a balmy seventy degrees. Think back to our weather this year. How many times has the temperature outside been above seventy degrees?
