The Villages of Morningside was one of the first 55+ Communities in the Nashville TN area. The community was built by Haury and Smith Construction. It was started in 1997 and just recently completed in 2014.
 
The Villages of Morningside condominiums are all built with 2 car carports that allow homeowners to enter through the back of their unit, across the patio, directly into the kitchen. Every condo comes with a private patio and outside storage area. Inside, the units were finished according tot the buyer's specifications. Most have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level.
 
 
Upstairs space was optional at the time of purchase, though over 90% have some finished space upstairs. This space is often just a flex room but can often be another bedroom and bath.
 
 
 
 
Located in the heart of Cool Springs in Franklin TN, Villages of Morningside residents are just minutes to over 200 restaurants, Cool Springs Galleria Mall, numerous shops, boutiques, and activities. Just 20 minutes to downtown Nashville where one can enjoy live music, museums, and the arts in general.
