Winter in Central Maryland... you just never know

One year we have a blizzard (or 2 or 3), another we get a lot of freezing rain and yet another we see lots of blue skies & sunshine with temps in the upper 60s ... like this weekend!
Which one do you prefer? 
There's no question in my mind! Although I like a perfect Winter's eve, with snow falling, the fireplace going and a hot cocoa in hand, I definitely prefer a Winter day that feels like Spring!
I suspect a lot of you would agree. I know, many buyers in Silver Spring, MD and beyond do. The Real Estate market in January & February feels like Spring has sprung already. According to the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors, January 2017 was the busiest January since 2007 with 704 closed sales (up 9% from January 2016).
