The Spring market is here and the inventory of properties for sale is low. If you are hoping to use an FHA Loan to purchase new condo or town home you will need to make sure that you are searching in an approved community. Please don't get caught up in falling in love with a property only to find out that the community is not eligible for FHA financing.
Below is a list of ALL of the communities that are approved in the city of Yorba Linda. Be weary of an agent that tells you that any community can be approved. It is a long process and many Home Owners Associations do not want to spend the time and money to go through the process.
